Climbinge is operated by AVATHI VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete information when you use the Climbinge website, Android app, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, and login tokens.
• Route and climbing content such as routes, grades, ticks, comments, photos, and videos.
• Location information you enter for routes or share with permission for nearby route features.
• Device, usage, diagnostic, and support information needed to operate and improve Climbinge.

How we use information

We use information to provide Climbinge, manage accounts, show route and map features, process user-submitted climbing information, improve search and safety, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Public contributions

Some information you submit may be visible to other users, including route data, photos, grades, route descriptions, comments, ticks, usernames, and community contributions. Do not upload private or sensitive information unless you have permission and are comfortable with it being shown on Climbinge.

Account deletion and retention

You can delete your account from Account settings when signed in, or request deletion without login from climbinge.com/delete-account .

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise personal information associated with your account, including active sessions, authentication tokens, saved ticks, private account-linked requests, scan feedback, and connected account tokens. Public route records may remain without your account details where needed to preserve route safety, integrity, and the usefulness of the climbing database.
